How I work
We decide the platform question honestly first: a Progressive Web App is faster and cheaper when you do not truly need the stores, and I will say so. If you do need native, it is one cross-platform codebase, shipped as a testable build to your phone within the first few weeks.
Half the apps people ask for should have been a website they can install.
Deliverables
Published Android and iOS builds, the source code and signing keys in your name, the backend and admin panel, and a maintenance plan for OS updates and store policy changes.
