What’s included
Server setup and hardening, SSL and DNS, Docker packaging, CI/CD so deploys happen on a push instead of over FTP, staging environments, monitoring and alerts, automated backups with a tested restore, CDN and caching, and a cost review that usually pays for the work.
How I work
I start by finding what would hurt if it broke tonight — no backups, no monitoring, an SSL certificate expiring, one server holding everything. Those get fixed first. Fancier infrastructure comes later, and only if your traffic genuinely justifies it.
A backup you have never restored is not a backup, it is a hope.
Deliverables
Documented infrastructure, a working deploy pipeline, monitoring with alerts that reach a human, verified backups, and a runbook for the three things most likely to go wrong. Managed retainer available if you would rather not think about any of it.
