IDMATS institute website homepage showing digital marketing and technical courses

// Overview

IDMATS trains students in digital marketing and technical skills. The website is the front door: it has to explain what each course covers, who teaches it and when the next batch starts — and then make it effortless to ask a question. Every decision on the build served one of those two jobs.

// The problem

An institute lives on admissions, and admissions start with someone searching for a course on their phone. A single-page brochure site cannot compete for those searches — there is no specific page for a search engine to rank against a specific course. And when a visitor does land, a slow page or a long form is enough to lose an enquiry that was already halfway to a phone call.

// What I built

A fast, mobile-first site where every course is its own page, with a descriptive URL, a unique title and description, and Course structured data naming the provider. That is the part that does the quiet work: it gives search engines a specific page to rank for a specific course query instead of one generic page competing for everything at once. Local business markup and consistent name, address and phone details back up the searches that include a city.

Enquiries are the other half. A short form sits on every course page, pre-tagged with the course it came from, so the institute knows what the enquiry is about before picking up the phone. Submissions are validated on the server as well as in the browser, and each one is both stored and emailed — because a lead that exists only in an inbox is a lead one filter rule away from being lost.

Performance was treated as a feature, not a cleanup task. Responsive compressed images, explicit width and height on every image so nothing shifts as the page settles, and lazy loading below the fold. On a patchy mobile connection the course details and the enquiry form are what appear first.
